Polypipe Ulster, part of the Genuit Group, is seeking an HR professional to support a proactive HR service across managers and staff. The role focuses on employee relations, policy interpretation, recruitment delivery and data reporting, with travel to other company sites as required.
You'll work closely with managers to apply HR policies, resolve complex issues, and embed HR strategies while maintaining high standards of service and confidentiality.
