You’ll set engineering standards, drive TPM and Lean, and oversee major and minor capital initiatives to improve equipment performance. You will work with cross-functional teams to raise safety, compliance and operational excellence, shaping a sustainable, high-performance site network. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li competitive salary /li li car or car allowance /li li 10% management bonus /li li contributory pension matched up to 8% /li li life assurance /li li enhanced maternity paternity pay , Save as you earn Sharesave Scheme , health wellbeing initiatives including on-site physiotherapy and counselling , staff discount on Genuit Group products /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead and develop the Engineering, Maintenance and Facilities teams across multiple sites /li li Create and implement engineering strategy, standards and processes to drive reliability and continuous improvement /li li Provide leadership for automated manufacturing equipment across upstream and downstream processes /li li Drive TPM, Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Visual Management and Value Stream Mapping to reduce waste and optimise cost /li li Establish consistent engineering standards including CMMS, training, service delivery and contractor management /li li Lead cross-functional problem solving and root-cause analysis for product, process and equipment improvements /li li Manage major and minor capital projects from planning to commissioning with PMO governance and KPIs /li li Manage capital expenditure budgets with forecasting and financial control /li li Ensure compliance with PUWER, LOLER and electrical safety and proactively manage risk /li li Maintain safe and professional work environment for employees, visitors and customers /li li Provide engineering performance reporting to senior management and travel between sites as required /li li Oversee site services (security, cleaning, catering) and ensure facilities are well maintained /li li Ensure high safety, quality and compliance across sites /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Significant senior engineering/maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing /li li Degree-level engineering qualification or equivalent /li li Experience delivering large-scale installations and capital projects ( 2.5m) /li li Strong financial/budget management including CAPEX /li li Experience with automated manufacturing equipment /li li Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement; TPM experience advantageous /li li Knowledge of health safety and legislative compliance /li li Proven experience managing contractors and external service providers /li li Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills /li li Decisive, analytical and creative problem-solver with resilience in a fast-paced environment /li li Commitment to quality and operational excellence /li /ul ul li leadership and people management /li li stakeholder management /li li clear communication and influencing /li li Lean Manufacturing /li li Continuous Improvement (CI) /li li TPM /li /ul
