Genuit Group is seeking an Interim Lean Practitioner for a 14‑month fixed‑term contract at our Aylesford site. You will drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, warehousing and support functions, leading Kaizen workshops and embedding the Genuit Business System (GBS) throughout the site.
The role focuses on delivering waste reduction, process efficiency and sustained benefits, with coaching across teams and development of visual management and standard work to support operational.
