ADEY, the market leader in the provision of residential water treatment products for closed loop heating and cooling systems in the UK, is looking for a Rebates Manager to join the team. Part of the Genuit Groups’ Climate Management Solutions (CMS) business unit, ADEY has ambitious growth plans to continue protecting the world's heating and cooling systems, to have a positive impact on the environment and people's lives.

The Role

The Commercial Finance Analyst will be responsible for providing essential KPI information and commercial insight across all ADEY’s divisions, covering the UK, Europe and North America. This is a key position within ADEY’s Finance team and plays a vital role in improving our reporting and data insight capabilities – both vital to meet the growth ambitions of the ADEY group. The role is based at ADEY’s Stonehouse office and reports directly to the Financial Controller.

Responsibilities

  • We Work Together
    • Work closely with Sales, Finance and Operational teams to ensure accurate, timely and insightful KPI reporting is available to key business stakeholders.
    • Develop and own segment, customer and product level daily gross sales reporting capabilities - providing key decision makers with the most relevant information possible.
    • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to produce the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for all ADEY entities.
    • Produce ad-hoc financial and operational analysis as required by Financial Controller, Finance Director and wider ADEY leadership team.
  • We Take Ownership
    • Provide insight and analysis into business profitability, specifically net sales and material margins, for all ADEY businesses.
    • With input from the FC and FD, manage the quarterly and annual sales bonus program, ensuring the performance of the UK sales team is properly monitored and appropriately incentivised.
    • Take responsibility for providing ADEY data to the heating industry trade associations and provide analysis to the business on the sector statistics and metrics reported back to ADEY.
    • Assist with the preparation of audit schedules, supporting documentation and responses to audit queries.
    • Handle sensitive financial data responsibly, in line with internal controls and governance requirements.

    • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, reporting efficiency and data quality, particularly as new systems are embedded.
    • Contribute to the development of process documentation and training materials to support system resilience and knowledge sharing.
    • Support improvements in how data is captured, validated and reported to customers and internal teams.

The Person

  • Strong excel & business systems experience. Power BI knowledge would be helpful.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable.
  • An accounting qualification is beneficial but not essential.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Accountable and self-motivated, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Resilient and methodical, able to follow issues through to resolution.
  • Continuous-improvement mindset, with confidence to question inefficient practices.
