Role: To ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing process and focus on achieving the highest levels of product quality whilst minimising waste.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the production line is running correctly and efficiently throughout the shift and report any issues to Supervisors/Management
- Monitor the performance of the extrusion machine ensuring minimum scrap level is achieved at all times
- Ensure that all aspects of H&S policies and procedures are complied with in all daily activities
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment to a high standard
- You will be required to stand for long periods with some manual handling duties.
Working hours & Benefits:
- £13.45 per hour plus £3.00 for hours worked between 10:00pm & 6:00am (totalling £16.45 per hour)
- Hours of work: 3 on 3 off days & nights, 6:00am - 6:00pm / 6:00pm - 6:00am
