About the Programme
This isn’t your typical graduate scheme. It’s a fast-track launchpad designed to grow future leaders. Over four dynamic rotations, you’ll gain hands-on experience across core business areas in our Water Management Solutions business unit within the Genuit Group.
Over four hands-on rotations, you’ll dive deep into the core areas of our Water Management Solutions business (part of the Genuit Group), gaining real experience where it counts:
- Customer Operations
- Sales & Marketing
- Finance
- Tailored
Each placement offers the chance to step out of your comfort zone, build new skills, and see how a business drives change — all while working towards a more sustainable built environment.

What to Expect if You’re Shortlisted
- Assessment Day – A fun group challenge followed by a short presentation & interview with one of our Leaders.
- Final Interview – A one-on-one conversation to go deeper and a real-life view of the business you could be embarking on your Grad scheme journey with!
Timelines and important dates!
- 28th November: Application process will close.
- Friday 19th December: If you are shortlisted and asked to generate a Video Submission, this email will come to you directly on or before this date.
- Friday 2nd January 2026: You will have until this date to submit your video to us.
- Friday 16th January 2026: Your video will then be reviewed by our Talent Team and if successful, you will then be contacted to attend our Assessment Centre, of which, further details will be confirmed to you at that time!
