Part of the Genuit Groups\β Climate Management Solutions (CMS) business unit, ADEY has ambitious growth plans to continue protecting the world\βs heating and cooling systems, to have a positive impact on the environment and people\βs lives.*Full time β Hybrid* **The Role** We\βre looking for a motivated Marketing Manager to drive day-to-day marketing across ADEY Group. Working across ADEY, Alpha Scientific and Surestop, you\βll help our brands stand out, reach the right audiences and support our growth plans.You\βll turn strategy into clear action, bring campaigns to life and collaborate across the business. This role suits someone who thinks creatively, communicates clearly and enjoys leading a small, focused team.**Responsibilities**Deliver effective marketing plans β’ Plan and execute marketing plans that support business goals β’ Use a test and learn mindset to improve campaigns and channel performance β’ Deliver integrated activity across digital, social, trade and print β’ Keep brand standards strong and consistent across all touchpointsLead digital and CRM activity β’ Oversee websites, social media, apps and email journeys β’ Develop Hubspot to support sales and marketing processes with strong data and automation β’ Track performance and guide updates based on insightSupport product and category growth β’ Work with product managers to shape propositions and prepare go-to-market plans β’ Use customer and market insight to refine messaging and support product developmentManage events and exhibitions β’ Lead the planning and delivery of events and exhibitions that build awareness, support partners and strengthen customer engagementCollaborate with partners and stakeholders β’ Build relationships with merchant teams and external partners β’ Represent the marketing function in cross functional discussionsGuide content and creative work β’ Shape content plans that align with business needs and audience interests β’ Support brand storytelling and asset developmentManage budgets and performance β’ Oversee marketing spend and ensure resources are used effectively β’ Report on performance and provide actionable insightLead and support the team β’ Manage and develop a team of three, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement**The Person*** Strong project management and team management/supervisory skills* Experience in a broad, multi-channel marketing* A well-rounded marketer with experience planning, managing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns* Experience collaborating with and influencing senior individuals* A solid understanding of, and proven success in Digital Marketing* Confident communicator with tenacity and drive, and the ability to adapt to different cultures* Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a problem-solving approach* Organised and methodical* Experience with E-CRM systems and nurturing workflows (preferably but not essentially Hubspot)* Degree (or professional post graduate qualification CIM level 6) in marketing* Excellent copywriting skills* The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritise accordingly in order to meet required and at times tight deadlines.* Relevant software skills in the use of CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Access etc.**The Benefits*** 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays* Pension contribution matched up to 8%* Life Assurance 3x base salary* Private health scheme* Genuit sharesave schemeHere at the Genuit Group we recognise and develop the contribution our people make to the Group\βs success and are committed to attracting talent from the widest pool.
