Weâre looking for a Payroll Advisor to join our HR function in a growing business. This is an exciting time to join us, as youâll help support and shape our payroll system, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while continuously improving payroll processes.
Youâll work closely with HR, Finance and wider stakeholders, providing a highâquality payroll service and trusted advice.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver accurate and timely payroll processing in line with legislation and internal controls
- Support and optimise payroll processes within Workday
- Ensure compliance with current payroll legislation and best practice
- Resolve payroll queries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy and confidentiality
- Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll processes and ways of working
