Role: To ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing process and focus on achieving the highest levels of product quality whilst minimising waste and downtime on the machines.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all production is checked for defects and meets the required quality standards
- Ensure all machines are in a safe condition to run, and report any issues immediately
- All products should be packed neatly and be free from flash or any forms of debris
- Products need to have the correct identification
- Work in accordance with all SSW’s and maintain a clean and tidy work environment
- Comply with all Health & Safety requirements
- Monitor production for compliance to quality requirements
Requirements:
- Experience operating machinery would be an advantage, however full training is provided
- Working to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Training in minor fault finding and rectification
- Good numerical and literacy skills
- Positive work ethic and excellent timekeeping
Working Hours:
2 Rotational Shift working Days & Nights:
Week 1 - Monday to Thursday (06:00 - 18:00) Days
Week 2 - Monday to Wednesday (18:00 - 06:00) Nights
