This is an exciting opportunity to join our training team as an Associate Trainer, helping to develop both the current and future workforce across the plumbing and heating industry.

Working closely with the Training Manager, you will play a key role in delivering hands-on training to installers, contractors and apprentices, ensuring our systems are installed correctly and in line with industry best practice. You will work across a variety of environments, from construction sites and installer training sessions to further education colleges and our National Training Centre, helping professionals transition to modern plumbing systems and low-carbon heating technologies.

This is a highly engaging role that combines technical expertise, practical training delivery and industry outreach, while supporting the growth of the Polypipe brand.

Essential Experience
  • Significant experience as a qualified plumbing and heating engineer.
  • Experience supporting training delivery, workshops or technical demonstrations.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience working in practical site environments with an understanding of health and safety requirements.
  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) – or willingness to achieve within 6 months.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience supporting apprenticeship training or college partnerships.
  • Low temperature heating design experience.
