Role: The Senior Team Leader will be responsible for leading their team and for the safe running of the Production Department. The Senior Team Leader will ensure the team operates efficiently by distributing labour; following the allocated plan to achieve business targets through customer demand. Responsibilities: * Undertake Shift handover * Distribute labour to the allocated daily plan, including tool change priorities * Facilitate daily shift kick start meeting * Audit and verify machines and operators to ensure compliance to health & safety, environmental, quality and production targets * Lead the daily operations SQCPE meeting * Ensure production monitoring system is accurate and updated regularly * Assess breakdowns, fix and or report via the job card system where required * Ensure completion of housekeeping…
