What you’ll be doing:

  • Responding to incoming emails and directing queries to the appropriate teams
  • Scheduling meetings, maintaining shared calendars and booking meeting rooms
  • Preparing reports, drafting documents and maintaining accurate digital and physical records
  • Photocopying, scanning, filing and organising documents to support team activities
  • Monitoring stock levels and ordering office supplies as required
  • Raising and processing Purchase Order numbers for approval and sign‑off
  • Updating internal databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy

What we’re looking for:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English with level 4 or above
  • Positive work ethic and enthusiastic approach to activities undertaken
  • Team player, able to work independently to achieve company goals
  • Good communication skills
