About the Role
We’re seeking a Product Designer with a strong foundation in UI/UX design and hands‑on product management experience. You’ll play a central role in transforming technical requirements into powerful, user‑friendly experiences. This is a strategic position, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, usability, and product thinking.
You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO and engineers to define user journeys, prioritise features, and maintain a cohesive design language across our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Design Leadership: Lead all design initiatives, from discovery and prototyping to final UI delivery.
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with product and engineering to define user needs, shape product roadmaps, and refine requirements.
- Design Systems: Establish and evolve a scalable design system and UX patterns for consistency across ModelFlow.
- User Research: Engage with scientists and pharma professionals to understand workflows and pain points.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work tightly with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel‑perfect implementation.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or Design Lead in a SaaS or technical product environment.
- Strong grasp of user‑centered design, data visualization, and workflow‑driven UI design.
- Demonstrated experience influencing product direction and working in cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent), design systems, and prototyping tools.
- (Bonus) Background or exposure to pharmaceuticals, biotech, health tech, or other regulated/scientific domains.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing interfaces for scientific, analytical, or data‑heavy tools.
- Familiarity with modeling, simulation, or ML/AI‑driven workflows.
