Polygon Productions is a global leader in live 360° spatial audio, pushing boundaries in immersive live music. We're looking for an experienced deal maker with at least 4 years in partnerships / BD, and a strong industry network. You'll be key in forging strategic, high-impact partnerships that help to unlock revenue streams, sponsorships and elevate the Polygon brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, initiate, evaluate and manage relationships with brands, agencies, music festivals, platforms, and creative partners that align with Polygon’s vision and capabilities.
- Sponsorship Acquisition: Support the Sponsorship Lead with strategies for Polygon Live events, with the aim to deliver measurable value for both Polygon and its sponsors.
- Business Development: Lead generation, outreach, and introduction of new business opportunities, including co-productions, branded content, and innovative revenue models.
- Public Relations: Work with external PR teams to enhance Polygon’s public profile, manage media relationships, and amplify key stories across channels.
- Promotional Events: Organise or arrange participation in panel discussions, speaking engagements to educate audiences on Polygon’s activities and services.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends in music, media, and technology to inform partnership and growth strategies.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, sponsors, artists, and collaborators, ensuring mutual value and repeat business.
- Cross-Platform Collaboration: Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to develop compelling pitches, proposals, and partnership frameworks for both digital and live initiatives.
- Brand Representation: Represent Polygon Productions at industry events, festivals, and conferences, expanding Polygon’s network and influence.
About You
- Experience: 4+ years in partnerships, business development, or sponsorship sales within the music industry, live events, media, or creative agencies.
- Industry Network: Strong connections with brands, agencies, music festivals, platforms, and creative talent in the entertainment and music landscape.
- Deal Maker: Proven success in sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value partnerships, sponsorships, and content deals.
- PR Savvy: Experience managing or collaborating with PR teams to drive brand awareness and media engagement.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to identify and prioritise opportunities that align with Polygon Productions’ creative and commercial goals.
- Excellent Communicator: Outstanding presentation, negotiation, writing and interpersonal skills.
