We are a market leader in Property Damage Restoration with over 60 years of experience. We help people who have suffered losses caused by events such as fire, flood, accidental damage and storm. Our core values of Integrity, Excellence and Empathy guide our people in their everyday interactions. We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in Warrington. The role delivers high-quality and efficient work while ensuring top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Sequencing, programming and planning on every project.
  • Ongoing audits of workflow.
  • Detailed review and preparation of final accounts to ensure the desired Gross Profit is achieved.
  • Keep the contract plan up to date.
  • Maintain the WIP report to ensure an accurate reflection of the ongoing works.
  • Prepare and update a monthly invoice index.
  • Responsible for all Contractual Administrations for all projects.
