We’re expanding our Leak Detection Technician team across the UK due to significant new business growth. We are the market leader in Property Damage Restoration, delivering best-in-class service for over 60 years. Our constant investment in our people, technology, and equipment ensures that we continue to be the UK’s premier restoration company to work for. We help people who have suffered losses caused by events such as fire, flood, accidental damage, and storm. Our core values of Integrity, Excellence, and Empathy guide our people in their everyday interactions.
We’re particularly keen to speak with experienced technicians in London and the South East, where demand is accelerating rapidly, but we have opportunities across the country.
This role is more than just finding leaks. It’s about:
- Delivering cost-effective, technically sound solutions
- Using advanced techniques, including thermography and moisture measurement
- Supporting restoration teams with technical expertise
- Writing detailed reports and carrying out trace & access
- Helping grow an ambitious, specialist division
We’re looking for technically minded, analytical professionals who are methodical, disciplined, and calm under pressure, and who can work with customers during stressful situations while representing Polygon with professionalism.
