We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in Warrington. The role delivers high-quality and efficient work while ensuring top-tier customer service.
Responsibilities:- Sequencing, programming and planning on every project.
- Ongoing audits of workflow.
- Detailed review and preparation of final accounts to ensure the desired Gross Profit is achieved.
- Keep the contract plan up to date.
- Maintain the WIP report to ensure an accurate reflection of the ongoing works.
- Prepare and update a monthly invoice index.
- Responsible for all Contractual Administrations for all projects.
