Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to promote rental properties and letting services.
  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and post property listings regularly.
  • Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, short videos, and property highlights.
  • Coordinate basic graphic and video content for property promotions (design support may be provided).
  • Run and manage online lead generation campaigns through Google Ads and social media ads.
  • Handle property listing promotions on portals and digital platforms.
  • Track, analyse, and report campaign performance such as reach, engagement, and lead conversions.
  • Coordinate with the leasing and sales teams to ensure timely follow-up on enquiries.
  • Update website content, property listings, and availability details.
  • Perform basic SEO activities to improve online visibility of property listings.
  • Manage email marketing, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns for tenant enquiries.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the real estate and letting sector.
  • Support offline marketing activities with digital promotions.

Eligibility / Skills Required

  • Any graduate or Freshers can apply.
  • Basic knowledge or certification in Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Interest in real estate, property marketing, and online promotions.
  • Good communication and creative skills.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics (preferred).
  • Willingness to learn digital marketing tools and real estate market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
