We are hiring a People Co-Ordinator (HR) in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire for Polygon UK. This is a full-time position within the People & Culture Team.

We are looking for a People Co-Ordinator to join Polygon UK, supporting the delivery of a best-in-class People experience across the business. This is a brilliant opportunity to work at the heart of our People team, partnering closely with key stakeholders and working alongside us to help shape an engaging, supportive and high-performing culture.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the People Team in delivering an outstanding HR service
- Preparing contracts, offer letters and colleague correspondence
- Managing starters, leavers, probation and sickness records
- Supporting monthly payroll amendments
- Coordinating pre-employment screening (DBS, references, occupational health)
- Maintaining HR policies and colleague documentation
- Becoming a go-to expert in our Sage People HR system
- Conducting Stay Interviews and Exit Interviews
- Getting involved in our Polygon Cares Committee and culture initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- You’ll be someone who brings energy, precision and genuine care to everything you do.
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and confidence managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and customer focus
- HR admin experience (desirable)
- CIPD Level 3 (a bonus, not essential)
