A specialist B2B SaaS paid media consultancy is hiring a Freelance Senior B2B SaaS Paid Media Consultant to manage a portfolio of high-quality SaaS clients end-to-end. This isn't a traditional agency role. The consultancy wins the clients. You run the accounts. You earn a direct share of the revenue.

For over a decade, the business has helped B2B SaaS companies generate pipeline and revenue through:

  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Demand Generation
  • Paid Search
  • Landing Page Optimisation
  • Marketing Analytics

The company is intentionally small, senior, and highly specialised. No account managers. No junior layers. No corporate agency structure. Clients work directly with experienced consultants who own strategy, execution, and commercial outcomes.

The Opportunity:

You'll manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients from proposal through to long-term growth. You'll own:

  • Strategy
  • Campaign execution
  • Client relationships
  • Commercial outcomes

The business provides the brand, pipeline, contracts, invoicing, systems, and support - You own the client relationship and the work. There are no timesheets, no micromanagement, and very few internal meetings. The model is built around senior operators who can work independently and take full ownership. You'll receive onboarding support and guidance during your first engagements, but day-to-day responsibility sits with you. The role is fully remote and designed to stay that way.

Compensation & Revenue Share:

Transparency matters, so here's how the model works:

  • 40% of recurring retainer revenue from clients you manage
  • Majority share of client setup fees
  • 40% profit share on specialist projects you introduce
  • Additional bonuses for referrals, case studies, and client reviews

The business generates and qualifies opportunities for you. You'll contribute to proposals and pitches, but you won't be expected to prospect or build your own pipeline. Two current paid media leads (already 5 years with the company) have built significant six-figure incomes through this model.

The Trade-Off:

This role offers substantial upside, but it isn't a traditional salaried position. Client portfolios take time to build. Demand can fluctuate and clients can churn. There are no guarantees around timing or volume. If you're looking for predictable salary progression and a traditional agency environment, this probably isn't the right fit. If you're motivated by autonomy, ownership, flexibility, and long-term earning potential, it could be.

Who This Is For:

You're likely a top-performing paid media specialist who wants more ownership, autonomy, and upside than a traditional agency role can offer. You may currently be:

  • A Freelance PPC Consultant
  • A Freelance Paid Media Consultant
  • A Fractional Paid Media Consultant
  • A Boutique Agency Owner
  • A Senior Paid Search Specialist
  • A Senior B2B SaaS Performance Marketer

You'll have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience
  • Experience managing £50k+ monthly ad budgets
  • Deep B2B SaaS expertise
  • Strong Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads experience
  • Experience owning client relationships directly
  • Strong commercial and communication skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • The ability to operate independently with minimal oversight

You'll be comfortable supporting proposals, building strategy, managing delivery, and acting as a trusted advisor to SaaS leadership teams. An interest in AI and the future of marketing is a strong plus.

This Isn't For You If:

  • You're a generalist marketer rather than a paid media specialist
  • You need significant structure or day-to-day management
  • You're looking for a traditional salaried agency role
  • You're actively building a competing agency
  • Your B2B SaaS experience is limited

Location: Fully Remote UK preferred, Europe welcome, GMT/CET timezone alignment.

Hiring Process:

A fast and straightforward process:

  • Introductory chat with a recruiter
  • 30–40 minute deep-dive interview
  • Meet the founder and discuss the opportunity
  • Paid media case study/audit to show your skills
  • Offer and onboarding

Fast feedback throughout. Apply if you're an experienced freelance B2B SaaS paid media specialist looking for more autonomy, stronger upside, and a portfolio of high-quality SaaS clients, we'd love to hear from you. Send us a CV + portfolio. Let's chat.
