We’re looking for a Graphic Designer / Creative Artworker with a sharp eye, strong Adobe skills and a love of getting things just right - bringing ideas to life through thoughtful, detail-focused design.
Working as part of the Digital Team and reporting to the Design Manager, the Graphic Designer/ Creative Artworker will work across a variety of print and digital projects, transforming briefs into engaging visual solutions while ensuring all final artwork is technically flawless and on-brand.
- Design and produce high-quality artwork for print and digital channels, including (but not limited to) digital media, print materials, packaging, and event collateral
- Develop creative visual solutions in response to project briefs
- Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines/visual identity
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting agreed deadlines
- Maintain organised file structures, asset libraries, and version control
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and campaign planning sessions
- Strong understanding of print and digital design specifications and processes
- Thorough understanding of typography, layout principles, and brand application
- Understanding the fundamentals of responsive design principles
- Awareness of brand management and maintaining visual consistency
Qualifications:
- Degree, HND or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
- ~3+ years relevant industry experience in a creative, design studio, marketing, or agency environment
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience working with visual identity and brand guidelines
- Strong skills in layout design, typography, and image editing
- Creative problem-solving and ability to think conceptually
- Ability to prepare print-ready and digital-ready artwork to technical specifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience using project management tools
