Your mission is to shape the end-to-end experience across the Agent Studio platform - from Landing, Building, Supervising and the Multi Channel Experience. This critical role drives the design vision for foundational tooling, human supervisor interfaces, and the market-leading user experience across all surfaces from Voice to Webchat, WhatsApp, Email, and SMS. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of design craftsmanship, driving a unified, world-class experience, and maximizing the impact of design across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Design Initiatives: Define and deliver product design across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
  • Advocate for Design Systems: Support and promote the company wide design system and ensure its use. Champion brand, copy and design standards.
  • Shape Strategy: Partner with Product and Engineering to define product strategy. Shape product and business opportunities.
  • User Advocacy: Develop and promote a deep understanding of users and their needs company wide.
  • Elevate the Craft: Ensure the highest level of design craftsmanship and impact. Foster collaborative culture and develop and improve design processes across the organization.

Qualities we look for

  • Passion for Design: A deep passion for Product Design and UX Design craft; committed to creating meaningful, impactful user experiences.
  • Extensive Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years as a Product Designer in a fast-paced environment, with at least 2 years leading holistic design as a Staff Product Designer (or equivalent title).
  • Multi-Disciplinary Expertise: Strong skills in UI, UX, and visual design, with a proven track record of crafting functional yet delightful customer experiences.
  • AI: Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies; Championing AI Native Workflows: Proven ability to leverage AI for design acceleration and a track record of introducing AI-native workflows and tooling to elevate the design team's efficiency and craft.
  • Data-Informed Design: Your design work is deeply rooted in ideation, experimentation and evidence, ensuring that recommendations are always backed by data.
  • Comfortable with Ambiguity: Able to work at speed while maintaining high-quality and thoughtful solutions; driving clarity from complexity and ambiguity.
