Poltronesofà is seeking an Estates Maintenance Manager to lead planned and reactive maintenance across its UK estate, including stores and distribution centres. The role is field based with regular travel to sites and the Sunderland Customer Support Centre.
You will report to the National Property Manager and work with the Store Development Manager to improve estate condition, compliance and value through proactive maintenance and cost-aware strategy.
