Whats the opportunity? As part of the Retail team, youll be based within our store in Derby in Kingsway Retail Park welcoming customers in and talking to them about our gorgeous furniture. This role would be working 20 hours per week over 3 days.

What does the role involve?

  • Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home
  • Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications
  • Accountable for delivering personal sales and KPIs
  • Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience
  • Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when its needed
  • Help to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
  • Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all Poltronesof products and services
  • Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role
