We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our Retail Sales team in Telford. As a Poltronesof Deputy Manager, you are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving the performance and day-to-day operations of the store and leading in their absence.
You will work with our team to ensure they provide a 5-star customer journey and optimise KPI performance while maintaining high operational standards. You will also coach and support the team to deliver sales targets while making sure our customers are supported in helping create a home they love.
