The Store Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering an exceptional, design‑led customer experience within a luxury retail environment. They combine deep product knowledge, refined sales capability, and a passion for contemporary design to build long‑term client relationships and drive commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide exceptional hospitality.
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand aesthetic and functional requirements.
  • Offer personalised, design‑consultative sales support.
  • Present craftsmanship, materials, and brand heritage with confidence.
  • Build a long‑term client book including private and trade clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and follow‑up pipelines.
  • Create and manage a sales pipeline from creation through to close and after‑sale.
  • Maintain impeccable store and visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure displays embody brand identity and presentation quality.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury furniture or design retail.
  • Experience with trade clients desirable.
  • Strong English skills; an additional language is an advantage.
