The Store Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering an exceptional, design‑led customer experience within a luxury retail environment. They combine deep product knowledge, refined sales capability, and a passion for contemporary design to build long‑term client relationships and drive commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional hospitality.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Offer personalised, design‑consultative sales support.
- Present craftsmanship, materials, and brand heritage with confidence.
- Build a long‑term client book including private and trade clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

- Ensure displays embody brand identity and presentation quality.

Required Experience & Qualifications
