To provide professional accounting services to clients, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with deadlines while maintaining an inclusive and collaborative approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain client records and reconcile ledgers.
- Prepare management accounts, consolidate financial reports, and complete regulatory returns.
- Prepare statutory accounts.
- Process, review, and approve journals and reference data on the ledger.
- Approve payments in line with delegated authority and monitor outstanding invoices/statements.
- Monitor cash movements and balances, escalating to the Client Manager as needed.
- Process payroll on behalf of clients.
- Engage with regulatory bodies, auditors, and clients professionally.
- Ensure policies, procedures, and controls are documented, followed, and updated.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and collaborate with clients, third parties, and internal teams to ensure controlled implementation.
- Support recruitment, training, development, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Assist clients with audits.
- Participate in additional projects and tasks as required.

- Qualified accountant or equivalent experience.
