We are seeking a talented Digital Solution Architect to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on designing and delivering customised technical solutions that bring our digitised services to life for both new and existing customers. You will work closely with Product Owners and IT teams to define feasible product options, standardise deployment approaches, and ensure smooth service delivery. This is a hands‑on role for someone passionate about translating customer requirements into practical, scalable solutions, while guiding technical teams and supporting the market deployment of our innovative digital services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Solution Development
  • Capture and define customer requirements for Polo’s Digital Services, starting with Intelligent Risk Capture.
  • Assess feasible solution options aligned with product definitions.
  • Develop new customer solutions to enable digitised services, ensuring commercial viability.
  • Standardisation of Product Options and Deployment
    • Collaborate with Product Owners to develop product and service options for common customer challenges.
    • Define technical requirements and standardised deployment approaches.
    • Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding architecture best practices.
  • Technical Design Documentation and Frameworks
    • Create and maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, and roadmaps for all digitised services.
    • Document Polo’s IP, including data schemas and prompts.
    • Ensure all product documentation is accurate and updated following change processes.
  • Service Deployment Support
    • Support the Digital Delivery lead in delivering digitised services to market.
    • Work with delivery teams, partners, technology vendors, and clients to ensure continuity of product design and technical specification.
    • Mobilise internal resources and partners to deliver solutions on time and to specification.

    Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

    • Strong experience in solution architecture, preferably in digital services, within the Insurance industry.
    • Proven ability to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
    • Solid understanding of architecture best practices, deployment methodologies, and technical documentation.
    • Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams.
