Assist in establishing data governance practices for ongoing DWH use.

Assist with traceability of business requirements through development, testing, and delivery phases.

Collaborate on system testing, UAT, and go-live planning, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Contribute to project planning, RAID logs, and issue escalation.

Support vendor evaluation and engagement where third-party solutions are involved.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential:

Strong knowledge of London Market insurance operations and data, including policy, claims, and financial data structures.

Demonstrable experience on a DWH project or large-scale data integration (preferably from PAS to DWH).

Hands-on experience in mapping source system data to target models (e.g., source-to-target specifications).

Ability to work with structured and semi-structured data formats, including a working understanding of data models.

Proficient in producing clear documentation: process maps, data lineage diagrams, functional specs.

Effective communicator with stakeholders at all levels including underwriters, actuaries, and IT delivery teams.

Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable:

Experience with London Market PAS platforms (e.g., OpenTWINS, DXC Assure, Sequel, IRIS).

Knowledge of BI/MI tooling (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
