Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
- Effective communication with customers and staff.
- Ability to manoeuvre around the sales floor, stock/dressing rooms, cashwrap, and office; work with chemicals; lift/climb up to 30 lbs; climb moderately.
- Operate the register, stand, move, and walk for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as needed.
- Proven success in building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
- Planning and prioritisation skills.
