- Business Client Development
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to maximize sales and commercial opportunities both in-store and through outreach
- Build and nurture a loyal client base of Very Important Customers (VICs), Super VICs, and top clients
- Initiate and execute bespoke events and experiences for clients
- Leadership & Engagement Support
- Create a unique and elevated environment aligned with the Ralph Lauren sales code
- Represent Ralph Lauren professionally, network effectively, and stay updated on competitor activity, trends, and campaigns
