Job Description Who: Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care Job: Relationship Fundraiser Where: Tring/Hybrid (50% from office) Hours: Full time (part time considered) Salary: circa £30,000FTE This is an exciting opportunity to build something new: to lay the foundations of a mid-value programme, contribute to a culture of insight-led fundraising, and help secure long-term funding that supports hospice care for generations to come. You’ll use your natural curiosity and relationship building skills to understand what motivates our donors, how they want to be involved and where their interests lie. Using the data and information available, you’ll not be afraid to pick up the phone and to build a rapport with our donors. With your tenacious approach you will be able to identify opportunities to nurture our donors further, whether that’s onto another donation, joining a mid or high value giving programme, taking part in an event or leaving a legacy. With a keen eye for insight and patterns in data, and a confident, warm approach to donor conversations, you’ll help identify those with a capacity and desire to support further – and design ways for them to do just that through the mid-value programme of activity.
