SourceCo are seeking an Engineering Shift Team Leader at our Tewkesbury HQ. The role is hands-on and shift-based, guiding a team of Engineers across production and distribution.
You will work alongside the Department Manager, act as a key point of contact, and help drive safety, efficiency and responsiveness on the line.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership in engineering environments and a practical approach to resolving issues during early or late shifts.
