Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineer/Team Leader to join a busy manufacturing operation. You will report to the Shift Engineering Manager and will lead a team of engineers on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, ensuring production goals and safety standards are met.
You will coach engineers, including a technician and a shift apprentice, while coordinating with contractors and suppliers and raising permits where appropriate to keep projects and maintenance on track.
