We're searching for a London-based Engineering Director to join our Engineering team, so that we can deliver integrated, scalable and reliable solutions for healthcare organisations. The Engineering Director will lead and coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to align technical execution with our strategic business goals, driving delivery excellence, system reliability and innovation across multiple technical domains.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Leading and coordinating cross-functional engineering teams to deliver integrated, scalable solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Defining and communicating technical strategy across engineering domains, partnering with Product, Design and Platform to align priorities with customer and business outcomes.
  • Overseeing high-quality, timely project delivery by establishing robust delivery standards, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to support reliable software releases.
  • Mentoring and developing engineering talent, coaching technical leads and senior engineers to strengthen leadership capability, accountability and technical ownership.
  • Managing operational budgets and resources, establishing operational objectives and departmental policies while ensuring adherence to governance protocols.
  • Implementing comprehensive monitoring, logging and alerting, along with effective on-call and incident-management practices to ensure system reliability and observability in a regulated healthcare environment.
