We are looking for an Energy Systems Analyst (m/f/d) to join our team in Lisburn. This is a mid level position for an analytical professional who can turn complex energy data into clear recommendations and support the delivery of efficient, sustainable energy systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Energy Data Analysis: Review energy consumption, generation, and performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Energy System Assessment: Analyse the performance of electrical, heating, cooling, renewable, and other building energy systems.
- Reporting and Recommendations: Prepare clear technical reports and dashboards that explain findings and recommend practical energy-saving measures.
- Project Support: Work with engineers, project teams, suppliers, and clients to support energy improvement and renewable energy projects.
- Performance Monitoring: Track energy performance against agreed targets and investigate significant variations or unexpected consumption patterns.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders and explain recommendations in a clear, practical manner.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in energy analysis, energy management, engineering analysis, sustainability, utilities, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience working with energy consumption data, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
- Energy Knowledge: Good understanding of energy systems, energy efficiency principles, renewable energy technologies, and utility consumption.
- Communication: Able to communicate technical findings clearly to engineers, clients, suppliers, and other business stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: You are analytical and practical, with the ability to investigate unusual energy patterns and develop realistic improvement recommendations.
