NALA is looking for an Engineering Manager to join Rafiki Engineering. You will drive delivery, process, and people management within your squad, aligning product and engineering to ensure quality and predictability while growing teammates.
You’ll act as the primary engineering liaison to Finance and Compliance, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and collaborate with the squad's Product Manager, Growth team, and peer Engineering Managers.
