Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Lead to head a multi-skilled team at our UK site, overseeing maintenance, process improvements and safety. You will guide the technicians to deliver high-quality product and world-class OEE, while mentoring and coaching staff.
You will lead maintenance for Baker Perkins, Sandiacre and EK4 lines, drive energy efficiency, and provide hands-on support to production. Expect rotating shifts with office-hour cover as required.
