We're always looking for individuals who share our values and are passionate about making a positive impact. As we continue to grow, we need more dedicated people to join our mission. If you are driven by purpose and ready to contribute to a better future, we would love to hear from you! About the role As an Energy Data Analyst within the Energy Management division at Optimised, you will be monitoring and analysing energy consumption data to identify efficiency opportunities across client portfolios. You will ensure high-quality reporting, develop actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations. The role involves close collaboration with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored energy solutions. Additionally, you lead process improvements and contribute to the development of Optimised's data analytics capabilities. The role offers broad exposure to energy data systems, client reporting and analytical processes, with the opportunity to develop practical skills in data quality management, report writing and client communication as your confidence and capability grows. We understand that candidates have varying experiences, and it is unlikely that all aspects of the role description will be an exact match. Please do not be deterred if that is the case - we would still welcome your application if you are passionate about our vision and have relevant experience.
- Degree qualified in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
- A genuinely inquisitive mindset, someone who interrogates what the data and analysis mean, questioning results and asking what should happen next, rather than simply producing and issuing reports.
- Experience using AI tools to support analysis, drafting or report writing in a professional setting.
