Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Laboratory Manager for our Bristol site antennas team. You will lead the RF testing capability, plan and execute tests for electronics and antenna development, and ensure safe, well-documented lab operations.
You will collaborate across RF, Microwave, Electronics and Mechanical functions, maintain lab risk assessments, and drive improvements in testing workflows and equipment usage.
