Are you passionate about delivering excellence on the road? We're looking for dedicated and skilled HGV drivers to join our team. As a key member of our transport operation, you will ensure goods are delivered safely, professionally and on time.
Fantastic Earning Potential: Start your shift with a solid £16.50 per hour and increase your earnings with a £2.75 per hour night premium for all hours worked between 21:00 and 04:00.
Driver Friendly Shift Options: Enjoy a predictable 4 on / 4 off rota, giving you stability and a healthy work life balance. Day shifts start between 05:00 and 06:00, while night shifts begin between 17:00 - 18:00, offering great work life balance.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver with Confidence: Operate a curtain-sided trailer to deliver palletised goods safely and efficiently.
- Load Security: Ensure all goods are safely strapped and secured to prevent movement or damage.
- Safety First: Complete daily vehicle checks using your company mobile to keep vehicles compliant and road ready.
- Stay Connected: Maintain clear communication with the transport team to keep operations running smoothly and ensure our customers' expectations are met.
- Continuous Improvement: Take part in regular training to stay up to date with industry standards, safety, and compliance.
