Class 1 Night Driver Bathgate Do you hold a Class 1 (CE) Licence? If \’YES\’ we want to hear from you!! The position of Class 1 Night Driver involves: Loading/unloading of vehicle, ensuring load security. Delivering and collecting goods to customers using a curtain sided vehicle. Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone. Using a hand held PDA to complete daily vehicle checks. Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers\’ expectations. Attending regular training sessions. Essential skills required for Class 1 Night Driver: Must hold a UK Class 1 CE Licence. Hold a current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card. Be passionate about providing excellent customer service. Working to deadlines. Confident, polite and a team player. Good geographical knowledge. Due to the nature of the role applicants must be fit, flexible, hardworking and self-motivated. Why Pollock (SCOTRANS) Ltd? Basic salary for Class 1 Night Driver is £38,750pa (including night shift allowance). Rest day working paid. £70 every 5 years for HGV Medical. Attendance for CPC paid. Hours of work are Monday – Friday, start time 18:00hrs.
