We're looking for dedicated and skilled HGV drivers to join our team. As a key member of our transport operation, you will ensure goods are delivered safely, professionally and on time.
Fantastic Earning Potential: Start your shift with a solid £16.50 per hour and increase your earnings with a £2.75 per hour night premium for all hours worked between 21:00 and 04:00.
Driver Friendly Shift Options: Enjoy a predictable 5 on / 3 off rota, giving you stability and a healthy work life balance. Day shifts start between 05:00 - 06:00, while night shifts begin between 17:00 - 18:00, offering great work life balance.
Safety First: Complete daily vehicle checks using your company mobile to keep vehicles compliant and road ready. Maintain clear communication with the transport team to keep operations running smoothly and ensure our customers' expectations are met.
Continuous Improvement: Take part in regular training to stay up to date with industry standards, safety, and compliance.
As a Class 1 Driver, you will cover both of the following routes as part of the operation:
- Northern Deliveries: Experience variety with multi drop deliveries from Lesmahagow to East Kilbride, keeping your day dynamic and engaging.
- Southern Deliveries: Prefer steady driving? As part of delivering for our customers, routes may be adjusted at short notice to meet contract and operational requirements.

Requirements:
- UK Class 1 (CE) Licence
- Valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Fit, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated.
Training: Ongoing DCPC training, monthly courses, and development support.
