This is an exciting role to work as part of the restaurant team at a prestigious venue in Kensington & Chelsea that brings Italian dining to West London. With a high-profile chef designing the food concept, this will be a wonderful opportunity to work in a grade 2 listed iconic building with an art gallery and theatre. Pollini has won two prestigious awards in its first year; ranked 21st best Italian restaurant in the world by Italy Top 50. The restaurant also has three forks award from Gambero Rosso as London's best Italian Restaurant.
As Senior CDP you will be responsible for the efficient running of a section within the kitchen on a day-to-day basis. It will be your main responsibility to lead service and maintain the high culinary standards set by the Executive Chef Emanuele Pollini. You will also need to maintain high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen and run the pass during service.
