This is an exciting role to work as part of the restaurant team at a prestigious venue in Kensington & Chelsea that brings Italian dining to West London.
With a high-profile chef designing the food concept, this will be awonderful opportunity to work in a grade 2 listed iconic building with an art gallery and theatre. Pollinihas won two prestigious awards in its first year; ranked21st best Italian restaurant in the world by Italy Top 50. The restaurant also has three forks award from Gambero Rosso as London's best Italian Restaurant.
AsSeniorCDP you will be responsible for the efficient running of a section within the kitchen on the day-to-day basis. It will be your main responsibility to lead service and maintain the high culinary standards set by the Executive Chef Emanuele Pollini. Maintain high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen. Running the pass during service. You will be responsible for running the kitchen alongside your team.

The Senior CDPwill:
- Complete service to a high standard
- Maintain high quality of food offering
- Abide by all EHO requirements
- Ensure the smooth running of the daily operations in the kitchen
- Ensure hygiene and health and safety regulations are met or exceeded in your kitchen
- Making orders of supplies and ingredients
Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years experience working in high-end kitchens
- Creativity, flair and passion for your craft with a great eye for detail
- A desire to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- You will need to be an excellent communicator with great organisational skills
- You will possess a friendly demeanour and take genuine pleasure in supporting your colleagues
