Ladbroke Hall is a unique cultural venue set within a historic gallery space in West London, offering a dynamic mix of art, dining, and live programming. Our food offering is led by Pollini Restaurant, and we regularly host jazz evenings, live performances, and a wide range of private and public events from corporate functions to weddings.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Events Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality catering and private events across the venue. This role involves overseeing events ranging from 14 to 200 guests, including seated dinners, canapé receptions, and large-scale functions. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth event execution, maintaining exceptional service standards, and supporting both front and back-of-house coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and run events from setup through to completion
  • Coordinate with catering teams to ensure seamless food and beverage service
  • Support a variety of event formats including seated dining and canapé receptions
  • Work closely with the Events Sales team to ensure accurate execution of client briefs
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and guest experience
  • Manage staff on shift and ensure efficient service flow during busy periods
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in events, ideally within high-volume and/or luxury hospitality environments
