Role Summary: As we are entering our next stage of growth and expansion, we are looking for a passionate SNAM to lead on some of our largest accounts. In this role you will take ownership of key customers and help launch the brand into exciting new categories. We’re looking for a driven and resourceful SNAM with the opportunity to take on major responsibility for growing our revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic account management of key retail accounts including Top 4 grocery
- Proactive customer engagement through compelling NPD and market trends
- Selling in NPD across existing category and new categories
- Monitor and track all promotions & marketing in your accounts to ensure strong compliance and analysing the impact on performance
- Full P+L responsibility, including monthly reporting to the leadership team
- Help to collate, analyse and summarise weekly & monthly sales performance for internal reporting
- Work with the supply chain teams to ensure consistent and reliable delivery, and strong availability within your accounts
- Full long term financial and volumetric forecasting responsibility for your accounts
- Work with the entire team to successfully deliver NPD launches and offer wider business support as the team grows
Experience:
- 5+ Years experience working with Grocery customers, managing major multiples
- Experience working in Fresh / Short shelf life categories is preferred
- Experience within non-grocery channels is also desirable
- Commercially savvy, strong analytical skills and confidence with numbers
- Experienced negotiator, P+L management and strong excel skills
Skills:
- Must be able to clearly communicate complex messages with confidence, analyse data and deliver inspiring presentations.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in using analytics to support in retailer sell-ins.
- Be a strong and confident communicator, both verbal and written, with excellent presentation skills and most importantly - persuasive!
- Enthusiasm, ambition and high energy to develop the accounts and progress your career
- Be able to think on your feet. We’re a small, agile team so you’ll be able to manage multiple projects at one time and have the ability to maintain an eye for detail whilst juggling your workload
