Role Description The Project Manager role at POLKEYCOLLINS is a full-time, on-site position based in the Lincoln area. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of architectural projects across commercial, retail, leisure, mixed-use, and residential schemes. The role involves tracking progress, resolving project issues, supervising procurement and expediting activities, and supporting inspections to verify compliance with design, safety, and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will prepare reports, maintain project documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes to ensure safe, buildable, and efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control methods for construction and architectural projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk while maintaining adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Previous experience in architecture, construction, or property development environments is essential
