We are seeking a qualified and proactive Transport Manager to oversee compliance and operational excellence across multiple client operator licenses. This is a pivotal role for someone with a strong grasp of transport legislation and a commitment to safety and efficiency. A varied and interesting role helping to build and grow a thriving company pursue new opportunities in transport consultancy and training.

Day to day you will:-
- Serve as the named Transport Manager on client operator licenses, ensuring full compliance with statutory undertakings.
- Manage maintenance schedules, PMIs, MOTs, tachograph analysis, and drivers’ hours compliance across client fleets.
- Conduct audits and compliance checks on client systems and documentation.

What we’re looking for:-
We need someone who is naturally highly organised in this role, and who can manage changing priorities whilst working with the utmost attention to detail,
- CPC in Road Haulage (National or International).
- In-depth understanding of DVSA compliance, tachographs, drivers’ hours, and operator licensing.
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, and related IT systems.
