About the Role
polkadotfrog are supporting a fantastic business in Great Blakenham who require an experienced Admin Finance Assistant to provide essential support throughout the rest of January and likely all of February. This role will suit someone highly organised with strong finance admin experience, particularly within Sage, and who is comfortable juggling a variety of tasks in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase orders
- Expediting orders and chasing updates
- Tracking deliveries via FedEx
- Credit control duties (email and phone follow up)
- Allocating customer receipts in Sage
- Processing expenses and company credit card transactions
- Completing bank reconciliations in Sage (matching/ticking off transactions)
- General administration to support the wider team
About You
- Experienced in finance administration
- Confident using Sage (essential)
- Organised, accurate, and comfortable working to deadlines
- Happy juggling a mix of finance, admin, and tracking activities
- Available immediately or at short notice
